Czym będziesz się zajmować?

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce projects and initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories for Salesforce development teams.
• Conduct workshops, interviews, and meetings to elicit and clarify requirements.
• Analyze data and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Work closely with Salesforce Administrators and Developers to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
• Provide ongoing support and training to end-users on Salesforce functionalities and processes.

Kogo poszukujemy?

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• +3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Salesforce projects.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and limitations.
• Experience with requirement gathering, process mapping, and user story development.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
