We are currently seeking candidates for the position of:

SUMMARY:

• Rate: We are fully open to your suggestion. Please indicate in the form the appropriate amount for B2B Invoice (please use PLN currency)


• Work location/remote work: We provide the freedom to work remotely


• Sector: Logistic Services/Supply Chain Solutions


• Project: Implementing SAP Concur as a global solution for travel and expense management processes in parallel with the Business Transformation Program (BT) implementation schedule to migrate SAP to S/4 HANA.


• Recruitment process: 1-step (technical remote meeting), occasionally there may be a short additional meeting with the Manager combined with a decision


• Estimated project duration: Long-term (at least 2-3 years).


• Working Time/Time Zone: Standard European working hours (CET/CEST)


• Team: Currently three-person. The majority of the broader business team is located in Germany and the US, Concur's expert team is located in Canada, the US and Krakow, Poland

Your main responsibilities in this position will include:

• Providing IT support for SAP Concur upgrades and maintenance


• Identifying/participating in fault identification, troubleshooting with SAP Concur maintenance team


• Participate in global and regional projects as an integral part of a cross-functional team to support the delivery of business requirements.


• Collaborate with key users and/or IT business partners to identify and validate requirements and translate them into resource requirements, project deliverables, solution design including integration with SAP and other systems as needed.


• Support the user community


• Monitor risks/problems and prepare appropriate mitigation plans

This offer will be ideal for you if you have:

• Several years of experience as a designer/developer of IT solutions for SAP Concur


• Knowledge of: Concur Config Administrator (Config Setup, Expense Pay, SAP ICS and Cognos Reporting)


• Knowledge of Workday and SAP


• Willingness to start ASAP


• Willingness to travel to North America and EMEA (of course, expenses will be covered on our side)


• Nice to have: knowledge related to data security and RODO in North America
