SAP Solution Architect, REMOTE KRAKÓW

Candidate profile:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. 


• Extensive experience (10+ years) working as a Solution Architect with a focus on SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing implementations. 


• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, including make-to-stock, make-to-order, engineer-to-order, batch production, and discrete manufacturing. 


• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA modules relevant to manufacturing, such as Production Planning (PP), Material Management (MM)  


• Strong understanding of SAP architecture principles, including Fiori/UI5, SAP HANA database, and integration technologies (e.g., SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI). 


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, project teams, and senior management. 


• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus among stakeholders. 


• SAP certification(s) in relevant modules or technologies preferred. 


• Willingness to travel as needed. 


• Located in Poland

This role is part of the Global Manufacturing team, which provides competence towards the digital solutions used to manage the supply chain and production of our cars. The role is part of the manufacturing value chain which supports business process like materials management, production planning and order execution. In this role you will get the opportunity to learn and upgrade your domain knowledge and provide an excellent platform to be part of the journey to reimagine the digital solution landscape supporting our plants.

Work conditions:

• Location: Cracow , Poland


• Contract type: Employment contract or B2B contract via Ework Group (in case of B2B contract, we are open to rate negotiations)


• Work Model:  preference is hybrid model from Cracow (2-3 days from office), but we are also open for onsite visits once, twice per month
