Czym będziesz się zajmować?

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for SAP eWM implementation.
• Design and configure SAP eWM to meet client needs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
• Lead and participate in workshops, meetings, and discussions with clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop functional specifications, business process flows, and documentation for SAP eWM implementation.
• Provide guidance and support to project team members, including developers and testers, throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training sessions for end-users.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for SAP eWM, providing technical expertise and support to clients and project teams.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion within budget and schedule constraints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP eWM with warehouse automation systems and e-commerce processes.
• Support the client in evaluating the feasibility of rolling out SAP eWM to existing warehouses.

Kogo poszukujemy?

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on SAP eWM.
• Hands-on experience with SAP eWM configuration and implementation.
• Demonstrated experience delivering at least two SAP eWM projects, with at least one project in a leading consultant role.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management processes and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to work in a dynamic environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet project deadlines.
• Experience with waterfall methodology, supplemented by an understanding of agile principles.
• Relevant certifications in SAP eWM or related technologies are a plus.
