Czym będziesz się zajmować?

About project:

• Currently we are looking for Senior Program Manager who will join a team working on projects from MarTech industry.
• You will be working within a geographically dispersed team in Agile methodology. The team mostly takes care of topics related to marketing campaigns using e.g. Adobe Experience Cloud.
• Possibility of 100% remote work.

Tasks:

• Owning the scope of work and working with another Program Manager to ensure timelines align
• Removing dependencies  
• Partnering with Agile Business Analyst to create Agile timeline
• Holding and managing SCRUM/team meetings to remove blockers, adjust deliverables and manage product teams’ expectations  

Kogo poszukujemy?

• Min. 5 years of experience on Program Manager position
• Experience leading large projects
• Excellent presentation skills with focus on a clear narrative and attention to detail
• Very good English skills, written and spoken (min. C1)
• Nice to have: experience leading Marketing/Advertising Technology implementations; PM certification; Adobe certification
