Czym będziesz się zajmować?

• Leading complex end-to-end projects and transformation initiatives independently.
• Overseeing various aspects of project execution, including process reviews, migration, continuous improvement, and automation.
• Monitoring and managing project progress and performance to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
• Proactively identifying and addressing potential risks and issues, and implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
• Securing support and approval from management and stakeholders for project plans, changes, and commitments.
• Developing communication and reporting strategies, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and ensuring documentation and approvals are obtained as needed.
• Creating project documentation in accordance with company policies and methodologies.
• Ensuring the quality of project deliverables and alignment with project objectives.
• Cultivating positive relationships with stakeholders and business partners.

Kogo poszukujemy?

• More than 4 years of professional experience in managing project/programmes with multiple stakeholders in different countries,
• Experience in process improvement and/or migration projects,
• Analytical skills and data literacy – being able to collect, analyse and interpret process and project data,
• Excellent decision making and problem solving skills including ability to investigate and follow up issues as they arise,
• Strong work organisational skills with ability to work under time pressure,
• Understanding of banking industry, finance area, accounting and reporting processes is an advantage,
• Proven project management qualification (PRINCE2, AgilePM, PMP) is an advantage,
• Proven qualification in CI (Lean, Six Sigma) is an advantage,
• Experience in area of automation, machine learning, cloud computing, design thinking is an advantage,
• Fluent English.
