Senior SAP PP Consultant PTM Lead, KRAKÓW

For our customer, a leader in consulting, technology services, and digital transformation, we are looking for a Senior PP Consultant to join their growing team. You will be part of a multinational team and play a key role in the new assignment.

Project information:

• Office Location: Warsaw, Gdansk, Poznan, Wroclaw, Katowice, Krakow


• Remote work: 2-3 days per week


• Budget: up to 160 PLN Net/h + VAT or 19k gross on the employment contract


• Type of employment: B2B, UoP


• Project language: Polish & English


• Business trips: 10%


• Start date: depending on the candidate's availability

Project scope:

• Review, analyze, and assess current business processes within the PTM work stream without modification


• Configure and maintain the relevant SAP S/4HANA components for Production & Capacity Planning, MRP, Production Scheduling, and more


• Create and manage SAP project tracks for implementation or deployment ( blueprints, gap analysis, end-to-end process design, testing strategy, cutover plans, training, etc.)


• Provide overall maintenance and support for SAP systems


• Mentor team members in technology, architecture, and delivery of applications


• Foster successful teamwork and demonstrate leadership abilities


• Stay aware of current trends and technical advancements in SAP and related technologies


• Articulate and present different points of view on various technologies


• Manage time effectively and be flexible to travel as required

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in SAP PP/PTM in the consultant role


• Proficiency in configuring and maintaining the relevant SAP S/4HANA components: Production & Capacity Planning, MRP, Production Scheduling, Production Orchestration and Execution, Quality Management (including documentation), Shopfloor control & Production Orders, Lean Manufacturing with Kanban


• Strong communication and presentation skills


• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills


• Ability to mentor team members and foster a sense of community among teams


• Fluent in Polish and English
