- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Portfolio of design projects
- Knowledge of design software (Adobe xd, Figma, or/and Sketch)
- Familiarity with project management software such as Jira and Asana
- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Good time-management skills
- English language is a requirement. Bonus points
- Experience and passion in GIS products would be helpful
- Experience with data visualization would be an advantage
- German and French nice to have. All other languages are welcome (our products are present worldwide)

You will be part of the team consisting of 10+ people including Backend, Frontend, QA, DevOps and IT Architect. You will be working in an agile environment developing web and mobile products related to IoT in the water networks. Our products help utilities around the world to save water. We specialise in leak detection and measurement technologies.
You will contribute your expertise in UI/UX area by gathering and evaluating user requirements, illustrating design ideas, developing prototypes and creating graphic elements. We are looking for proactive team player with good communication skills able to solve problems with minimum supervision.
