Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain software products and services, ensuring robustness, scalability, and performance.
• Develop architecture proposals, including time estimates and assessments of tools and frameworks, to guide project planning and execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deeply understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Take ownership of projects from inception to deployment, demonstrating accountability and a proactive approach to introducing advancements that enhance team productivity and product functionality.

Your Profile:

• Possess the right mindset to thrive in a startup environment, coupled with strong communication and team collaboration skills.
• Self-driven and positive personality with the ability to execute projects from start to finish.
• Minimum five years of experience as a software engineer, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
• Strong coding skills in at least one general-purpose programming language (preference for Python), with a strong ability to reason algorithmically and knowledge of databases.
• Experience in building SaaS platforms using Microsoft Azure, as well as familiarity with AI products and infrastructure, is a plus.
• Driven by engineering excellence standards and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Ability to efficiently familiarize yourself with new code bases and to design and implement new features.
• Interest and ability to learn new languages and technologies on the fly.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in English, as our team is international.
