Czym będziesz się zajmować?

Project

Our company has selected Wind River Cloud Studio as its development platform for its Active Safety and User Experience Automotive Products. Global Software Services will be the service management partner for Wind River Studio. Service Delivery for Cloud-Native Product Engineering Tools for over 5000 software engineers located in EUR and US.

You will

• Handle L1 to L3 incident management and problem-solving for SW tools supporting the full development lifecycle of Autonomous driving solutions for the biggest Car Manufacturers in the world (work in shifts)
• Drive continuous improvement in ITSM processes and tooling to achieve industry's best IT service delivery standards
• Automate user and application lifecycle maintenance tasks by adopting Site Reliability Engineering best practices
• Report on ITSM OKRs for service quality, user onboarding, and compliance with the company's development processes
• Work closely with Architecture team to design and implement continuous service enhancements to achieve target OKR’s
• Create a knowledge repository of runbooks, support guides, etc to aid proactive support to Wind River users
• Contribute to set up and monitoring of Cloud, FinOps & Security monitoring tools including Datadog and AWS Cloud Health
• Deliver training, coaching, and guidance.

Kogo poszukujemy?

Must have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related equivalent
• Minimum 6 years experience in software development or ITSM role
• Minimum 2 years experience in supporting at least two of these tools: GIT, GERRIT, Jira, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker, Artifactory, Polarion, Doors, Datadog
• Strong knowledge of ITSM processes e.g. ITIL
• Strong knowledge in IT automation technologies such as Terraform, ansible, chef, puppet, cloud formation
• Experience with Cloud Infrastructure (AWS) is a distinct advantage
• Experience in the development of automated configuration management processes and procedures (preferably in the automotive industry)
• Energetic team player with strong communication and people skills
• Knowledge or experience with agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban or XP
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
