Czym będziesz się zajmować?

• Develop automated test scripts and frameworks using no-code/low-code tools such as TOSCA and Leapwork.
• Collaborate with software development teams to integrate automated tests into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.
• Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to validate software functionality, performance, and scalability.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues encountered during the testing process, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption to development timelines.
• Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders, facilitating data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in test automation, particularly in the realm of no-code/low-code solutions, and recommend innovative approaches to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the customer strategy team to align testing efforts with the low-code/no-code initiatives, ensuring seamless integration and optimal utilization of available tools and resources.
• Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional growth within the organization.

Kogo poszukujemy?

• Proven experience in test automation, with a focus on no-code/low-code tools such as TOSCA and Leapwork.
• Strong proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) and test automation frameworks.
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively troubleshoot complex issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., TOSCA certification) would be a plus.

B2/C1 proficiency level in the German language (both spoken and written) for seamless communication with German-speaking colleagues.
