Czym będziesz się zajmować?

Details:

• Workplace: 100% remote, office presence in Wrocław or Warsaw once a week is welcome
• Notice period: ASAP
• Form of cooperation: B2B with ITFS, long-term cooperation
• Rate: 80 - 100 PLN netto + VAT/h
• Client: support across various business disciplines: assurance, consulting, tax, transactions, and advisory services which includes financial analysis, risk assessment, process improvement, technology implementation, and much more.
• The recruitment process: phone call with ITFS (approximately 20 minutes) → 2 discussions with the company and client

Tasks:

• Define and deliver digital solutions for our clients, and gather feedback by creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
• Turn great ideas into tangible prototypes such as mobile app mockups, mini-landing pages, website mock-ups, animated storyboards, and UX/UI projects.
• Design and create visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and other digital products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other designers
• Create graphics, icons, and other visual elements that align with brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience.
• Ensure designs are accessible and meet industry standards for usability, accessibility, and web/mobile responsiveness.

Kogo poszukujemy?

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience in the banking sector is a must.
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical field or economic field.
• English at minimum B2 level.
• You excel at typography, color theory, and layout for digital products.
• Proficient in UX design principles, user research, and usability testing.
• Skilled at cooperating and communicating design decisions to stakeholders.
• Capable of managing multiple projects independently.
• Passionate about staying updated with design trends and technologies.
• Adaptable to feedback, constantly perfecting designs.
• Committed to creating innovative, market-driven products.
• Known for a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and continuous self-improvement.
