UX Designer, WARSZAWA


  • min. 3 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer

  • Fluency in using Figma and Miro

  • Excellent UI design skills, knowledge of best practices in UI design

  • Ideating design concepts at both high and low fidelity levels, and ability to adjust the approach to the current project stage

  • Strong team-player with great communication skills

  • Being well-organised, pro-active and able to work independently

  • Ability to present and discuss design decisions both with the team and with stakeholders

  • English at min. B2 level

    • Workshop facilitation skills

    • Ability to run user research and usability tests

    • Graphic design skills

    • Experience working in a Scrum team

    • Experience in banking / financial industry

    • German language

    You will join a UX team based in Poland which supports new and ongoing projects and initiatives in our RBI Head Office (Vienna). These will include design of new digital tools and features for both internal users (RBI employees) and external users (mostly corporate and institutional clients), and re-design of existing applications used internally.


    We’re looking for a UX Designer with strong UI competences who is also willing to build up the user-centric attitude together with us and spread the knowledge of UCD process and the role of UX research across our organization.

    ,[Collecting requirements and translating them into sketches, wireframes, user flows and high-fidelity mockups and prototypes., Participating in workshops with stakeholders, business owners, business analysts, developers to understand product requirements., Taking care of visual consistency of the applications, maintaining and improving the design system., Collecting and analysing feedback from end-users and proposing product improvements accordingly., Collaboration with Scrum teams (PO, business analysts and developers) as well as stakeholders.] Requirements: Figma, Miro Tools: Agile, Scrum.
