What the job actually involves
Day to day you will be lead & Mentor: Provide hands-on guidance and training to a team of e-bike mechanics, ensuring their continuous development and high performance. Technical, expertise: Act as the go-to expert for complex repairs and troubleshooting, setting the benchmark for technical excellence. Workflow & Efficiency: Oversee day-to-day operations, optimizing processes to ensure efficiency, productivity, and adherence to timelines. Quality, control: Ensure that all refurbished e-bikes meet rigorous quality standards before reaching customers. Problem, solving & Innovation: Identify bottlenecks in operations and implement process improvements to enhance performance and customer satisfaction. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Operations, Customer, service) to streamline operations and enhance service delivery. Health & Safety, and compliance: Ensure all safety protocols and best practices are followed, maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Who this suits
- 5+ years of experience in e-bike mechanics, with extensive hands-on experience. Previous team management experience with a proven track record of mentoring and developing team members. Strong diagnostic and repair skills across a wide range of e-bike brands and models. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Passion for sustainable mobility and a customer-first mindset. Basic PC skills (Email, MS Office). Good knowledge of English (German is a plus). Willingness to work in a team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
