Data Scientist, REMOTE KRAKOW
Critical Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong applied mathematical, statistical, and analytical skills, specifically statistical and machine learning methods and their applications
- Exceptional innovative and conceptual thinking skills to analyze complex problems and propose solution, often involving both technical and operational constraints
- Proficient in using data analysis tools and programming languages, such as R, Python, SQL, SPSS
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written. Ability to understand and communicate complex information
Preferred Qualifications:
- Role- Related Experience: Experience in HR/People analytics required
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field, such as statistics, mathematics, computer science, or psychology; Master’s degree preferred
- Role-specific Education or Certificates: Certificate in Data Science or Analytics preferred
