DevOps Team Leader AWS Remote, REMOTE


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps.

  • At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or managerial role.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Proficient in English, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.

  • Self-organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.

  • Deep understanding of SRE, Agile, and DevOps principles as they relate to software engineering.

  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD solutions like GitHub Actions, Concourse, Jenkins, or CircleCI.

  • Proficiency in the Linux environment and scripting languages such as Bash and Python.

  • Knowledge of basic network protocols and services.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Informatics, Telecommunication, or a related field.

  • Flexibility, collaboration, resourcefulness, and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.
