Required Skills and Key Responsibilities:

2. User Story Management: Skilled in user story writing, grooming, elaboration, and defining acceptance criteria. Must be adept at gathering and interpreting requirements from various business units.


3. Communication Skills: Exceptional command of the English language, both written and verbal. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including developers and testers.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a similar large-scale, complex software development environment.


2. Knowledge of BPM Tools: Familiarity with Business Process Management (BPM) tools, preferably Pega Systems.
