Senior Frontend Engineer, REMOTE
- Strong expertise in the frontend area. Grounded working knowledge on the latest technologies within React, TypeScript ecosystem.
- Prior experience in growing external facing products for customer use.
- Experience in producing design systems and enabling its scalability.
- UX discovery skills.
- Microfrontends experience would be a huge plus.
- Some backend skills would be appreciated but are not needed (this role can be also a Fullstack one, with .Net of the backend).
Role: Senior React/TS Engineer to join a product company (fintech for the insurance industry)
Location: 100% remotely
Budget: 30-40 k net PLN on b2b (30-35k for Senior, 35-40k for Senior +)
Type of contract: b2b - directly with the company with paid holidays and sick days
You will be part of a new project which will create from scratch a customer facing application. We're shaping a team of 5-7 Engineers to initiate and implement the solution. As a member of a newly created remote team you will be expected not only to deliver high-quality solutions but also to contribute to the company's growth. Your work will deeply concern performance, design principles, growth of components and UX discoveries.
Your expertise in frontend modern technologies (React, TS) will be crucial. You will collaborate closely with product, architect, and commercial stakeholders, adding value to the technical vision and execution.
Recruitment process: two initial online sesssions, f2f interviews in Krakow (24th-25th of April in Krakow), offer extended still this month.
