Senior Recruiter, MAGNICE

1. 3 or plus years of in-house, full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, experienced in making offers, offer negotiation, talent mapping, be good at handling multiple tasks.

2. Experience hiring roles across Logistics, Warehouse and Production, will be a plus if you have experiences working in e-commerce/retail/fashion company.


3. Experience in enhancing corporate culture.


4. Fluency in English, English is a must.


5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with good professionalism and friendliness.


6. Passionate for approaching new things, building teams and keep patient in doing shaping, from 0-1.


7.Having active and data-driven with growth mindset, to learn quick, be flexible in such a fluid and changing circumstance.
