Agile Coach

• At least 7+ years of experience as an Agile Coach


• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, etc.)


• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile tools


• Excellent coaching, mentoring, and facilitation skills


• Good command of English

Nice to Have

• Certifications such as SAFe SPC, PSM III,


• Knowledge of Agile scaling frameworks and enterprise agility


• Familiarity with DevOps and Lean principles

About the Project
