5+ years of software engineering experience, including hands-on experience with production AI systems.
Strong Python programming skills.
Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, tool/function calling, and orchestration.
Practical experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms.
Experience designing and delivering end-to-end AI systems from APIs and data/retrieval layers to cloud infrastructure and production deployment.
Experience with AI evaluation and testing, including quality, reliability, grounding, latency, and cost.
Understanding of AI-assisted development, Spec-Driven Development, and modern AI developer tools.
Strong software architecture skills and ability to design reusable, scalable AI solutions.
English – minimum B2/C1.

You will join a central AI team developing modern Generative AI solutions for construction software products. The project focuses on building scalable, reusable AI capabilities, including LLM-based applications, RAG pipelines, AI agents, tool use, orchestration, and evaluation frameworks.
You will work on both prototyping and production-grade AI systems, help establish engineering standards and best practices, and contribute to AI-native software development and automation.
