AI-Native Fullstack Developer Python
- Practical experience delivering production software using Python and modern backend frameworks. We care about engineering fundamentals, not framework-specific expertise
- Hands-on experience with Claude Code or comparable agentic coding tools in real development work
- Ability to organise effective AI-assisted workflows: task planning, context management, implementation, testing and verification
- Solid understanding of backend architecture, REST APIs and relational databases
- Practical experience with Docker, Git and modern development workflows
- Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML and CSS (React or Vue is a plus)
- Enough engineering knowledge to critically evaluate AI-generated code and spot incorrect assumptions, security, performance and maintainability risks
- Strong ownership, independence and initiative: you take responsibility for results and can work through ambiguity
- Excellent problem-solving skills, adaptability, curiosity and an efficiency-oriented mindset
- Clear communication and the ability to work in an international team
- Availability to work on a Pacific Time (PT) schedule
- Experience building custom Claude Code workflows, subagents, skills or development automation
- Experience coordinating multiple AI agents or parallel development tasks
- Experience with LLM integrations, OpenAI APIs, Twilio or similar services
- Knowledge of CI/CD, automated testing and cloud infrastructure
- Experience with complex business applications and large existing codebases
