AI‑Native Mid Fullstack Developer, REMOTE WARSAW
What we're looking for (must have)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or a closely related field) — required.
- Solid hands‑on experience building and running cloud‑native applications on Google Cloud.
- Working experience across our stack: Go, Python, TypeScript and Vue (you don't need to be an expert in all four, but comfortable across the fullstack).
- A genuinely AI‑native workflow — you build with AI/agentic tools every day and know when they help versus when they hurt.
- Strong architecture and system‑design instincts: you can structure a problem, weigh trade‑offs, and design something that survives production.
- A quality‑first mindset — you spot AI mistakes and hallucinated code, you test thoroughly, and you insist on guardrails before shipping.
- Good communication in English and the ability to explain and defend technical decisions.
Nice to have
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and CI/CD.
- Docker / Kubernetes (GKE) in production.
- Experience mentoring or setting engineering standards for AI‑assisted teams.
- Familiarity with domain‑driven design or clean/hexagonal architecture.
At Meant4 most of our code is now written with AI — but great software still isn't. We're looking for an AI‑native fullstack developer whose default way of shipping is through AI and agentic tooling, and who treats that output with the judgment of an engineer, not the trust of a spectator.
In practice that means the value you bring is not typing speed. It's the ability to design a sound architecture, decide what should be built, put the right guardrails, tests and reviews in place, and make sure that whatever the AI produces is correct, secure, and maintainable. You'll spend less time writing boilerplate and more time as the architect and editor of the system — defining intent, making design decisions, and validating results.
You'll work across the full stack (Go, Python and TypeScript/Vue) on cloud‑native applications running on Google Cloud, owning features end to end from design through to production.
