AI‑Native Mid Fullstack Developer, REMOTE WARSAW

What we're looking for (must have)

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or a closely related field) — required.
  • Solid hands‑on experience building and running cloud‑native applications on Google Cloud.
  • Working experience across our stack: Go, Python, TypeScript and Vue (you don't need to be an expert in all four, but comfortable across the fullstack).
  • A genuinely AI‑native workflow — you build with AI/agentic tools every day and know when they help versus when they hurt.
  • Strong architecture and system‑design instincts: you can structure a problem, weigh trade‑offs, and design something that survives production.
  • A quality‑first mindset — you spot AI mistakes and hallucinated code, you test thoroughly, and you insist on guardrails before shipping.
  • Good communication in English and the ability to explain and defend technical decisions.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and CI/CD.
  • Docker / Kubernetes (GKE) in production.
  • Experience mentoring or setting engineering standards for AI‑assisted teams.
  • Familiarity with domain‑driven design or clean/hexagonal architecture.

At Meant4 most of our code is now written with AI — but great software still isn't. We're looking for an AI‑native fullstack developer whose default way of shipping is through AI and agentic tooling, and who treats that output with the judgment of an engineer, not the trust of a spectator.

In practice that means the value you bring is not typing speed. It's the ability to design a sound architecture, decide what should be built, put the right guardrails, tests and reviews in place, and make sure that whatever the AI produces is correct, secure, and maintainable. You'll spend less time writing boilerplate and more time as the architect and editor of the system — defining intent, making design decisions, and validating results.

You'll work across the full stack (Go, Python and TypeScript/Vue) on cloud‑native applications running on Google Cloud, owning features end to end from design through to production.

,[Design clean, scalable cloud‑native architectures on Google Cloud and turn requirements into sound technical designs., Use AI and agentic coding tools as your primary way of building — and critically review, refactor and validate everything they generate., Put guardrails in place that keep AI‑assisted output high quality: tests, type safety, linting, code review standards, and clear coding conventions., Write and maintain automated tests (unit, integration, end‑to‑end) so quality is enforced by the pipeline, not by hope., Build and ship features across the stack — backend services in Go/Python, frontend in TypeScript/Vue., Own reliability and observability of what you ship: logging, monitoring, and sensible operational practices on GCP., Collaborate with product and engineering to make good trade‑offs and keep the codebase healthy as it grows.] Requirements: Python, SQL, HTML, CSS, REST, Git, Golang, Vue.js, Google cloud platform, TypeScript, Vue.js ssr, ai coding tools, Automated testing, Docker, CI/CD Pipelines, Terraform, sql, NoSQL, Node.js, Firebase, Domain-driven design Tools: Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Bitbucket, GIT, TeamCity, Cloud Build, Agile, Scrum, Kanban. Additionally: Friendly atmosphere, Team of experts, Training budget, Flat structure, Private healthcare, International projects, Small teams, Free coffee, Bike parking, Shower, Free parking, Modern office, Startup atmosphere, No dress code.
