AP AR GL Accountant with German or French, POZNAŃ

• Experience in AP, AR, or GL accounting (min. 1–2 years)
• Very good knowledge of German or French (min. B2/C1)
• Good command of English
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Good knowledge of MS Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

About the role:
On behalf of our client, an international company with a well-established presence in Poland, we are currently looking for an experienced AP / AR / GL Accountant with German or French. Key responsibilities:

• Processing and posting invoices (Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable)


• Managing vendor and customer accounts, including reconciliations


• Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities (GL)


• Preparing and reviewing journal entries and financial reports


• Monitoring payments, resolving discrepancies, and handling queries


• Ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting standards


• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners


• Supporting audits and continuous process improvements
