Application Administrator – Data & Reporting Solutions

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in application management, application administration, IT systems support or a similar role
Strong knowledge of incident, problem and change management processes
Experience working with Snowflake, Power BI, data quality and reporting solutions
Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience in systems administration, preferably as a Business Systems Analyst, IT Analyst or similar role within procurement
Good understanding of IT risk, security and compliance requirements
Strong stakeholder management, vendor management and collaboration skills
Experience in project management or coordinating cross-functional initiatives
Ability to manage and contribute to multiple application-related projects simultaneously
Excellent English communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders across different functions and seniority levels

Nice to have:

Knowledge of DORA or third-party risk management
Experience with requirements management, process analysis and prioritisation
Experience automating recurring reporting processes
Understanding of procurement, supplier or third-party data
Experience designing scalable solutions and driving continuous improvement
