Associate Product Manager BI & Data Products
- 10+ years of experience in product management or related fields
- Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire teams and create stakeholder alignment
- Proven experience in agile delivery and product strategy
- Deep understanding of outcome-driven product management
- Solid knowledge of customer data, AI/ML capabilities and data platforms
- Technical curiosity with awareness of emerging data trends
- Excellent communication skills to generate alignment in challenging scenarios
- Self-starter with strong judgement and ability to deliver clarity in ambiguity
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI
- Ability to make quick decisions and hold teams accountable
- Passion for building and contributing to product communities
- Knowledge of data platforms such as Snowflake or Azure Data Lake (desirable)
- Understanding of monitoring, model performance tracking and observability practices (desirable)

They are seeking an experienced Associate Product Manager to join their team in Warsaw and lead critical Business Intelligence initiatives within their Commercial function.
Position Overview
As Associate Product Manager, you will lead the development of core data products that directly impact customer understanding, marketing effectiveness and overall customer experience. This role sits within the Commercial BI function and focuses on managing the transition from legacy BI tools to modern platforms. You will be responsible for product management of Business Intelligence solutions, working closely with stakeholders to deliver clarity in a complex, evolving data environment while supporting data monetisation efforts.
