AWS DevOps Engineer
Must have:
- Broad experience working across many cloud services, with a specific focus on AWS.
- Strong Python skills for automation; excellent scripting skills also considered.
- Proficient experience with CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code tooling: Git, Ansible, Terraform.
- Good understanding of Linux and/or Windows operating systems.
- Practical understanding of DevOps and Agile methodologies – you build it, you own it, you support it.
- Demonstrable enterprise infrastructure delivery experience.
- Strong communication skills – comfortable collaborating across technical and non-technical teams.
- Security-first mindset with the ability to apply it in an AWS context.
Nice to have:
- AWS certification(s).
- Strong Terraform skills.
- Linux or Windows certification(s).
- Good non-functional testing experience.
- Understanding of risk management and compliance.
- Experience working in a highly regulated industry.
