Azure Core Support Engineer

・1-2 years of experience in technical support, system administration, or cloud-related roles
・Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud concepts
・Understanding of Windows environments, virtualization, and networking fundamentals
・Familiarity with troubleshooting tools and concepts (DNS, TCP/IP, VPN, Active Directory)
・Good problem-solving and communication skills
・English proficiency
