Backend QA Engineer Test Automation, TIRANA

• 2+ years of experience in Backend QA, Test Automation, or Software Testing.


• Hands-on experience with backend and API testing, including building automated test suites.


• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, Rest Assured, or similar.


• Programming skills in Java or Python, and experience with Playwright or another UI automation framework.


• Good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).


• Experience creating test cases and working with Jira and Confluence.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.


• Good written and spoken English.


• Nice to have


• ISTQB Foundation certification.


• Experience with SQL, Git, Docker, or CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).


• Experience testing microservices and distributed systems.


• Familiarity with Swagger/OpenAPI, performance or security testing, and Agile/Scrum environments.
