Banking Transformation Senior Consultant Business & Technology Bulgaria

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally within a bank or in consulting focused on the banking sector;


• Practical understanding of banking operations, processes, and operating models;


• Hands-on experience participating in banking transformation projects or change initiatives, such as process improvement, operational or digital transformation, technology implementation, customer journey redesign, or operating model change;


• Ability to analyze business challenges and translate them into structured, practical recommendations and implementation actions;


• Understanding of how business, operations, data, and technology interact within a banking environment;


• Experience working with stakeholders across business and technology functions;


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with confidence working with data, developing presentations, and communicating findings and recommendations clearly;


• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Banking, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a related field;


• Fluency in English;


• EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Bulgaria is required.

Nice to have:

• Fluency in German;


• Previous management consulting experience.
