- Proven experience in IT strategy development, Technology operating model design, and IT process optimization.
- Strong understanding of business-technology alignment and transformation initiatives.
- Prior experience in consulting or working with large-scale IT initiatives is preferred.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business, or related fields.
- Strategic thinking with analytical mindset and ability to gather and analyze information and problem-solve to reach a meaningful conclusion.
- Ability to create high-quality documents and work closely with the client (g. gathering requirements, designing technical solutions, preparing advanced reports, analyzing data).
- Ability to gather, understand and define clearly business requirements from various industries.
- Positive mindset and a can-do attitude towards challenges in a global and dynamic organization.
- Fluency in English and Croatian, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- EU citizenship or valid work permit to work in Croatia is required.
- Will be an advantage:
- Experience in IT strategy development & IT strategy implementation projects
- ITIL or COBIT certification
- Knowledge of BPMN 2.0 or any similar notation and ability to develop IT processes,
- Project management certification
- Hands-on project experience with agile ways of working
