  • Master's degree in Business, Economics, Technology, Mathematics, Business Informatics, or a related field

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, transformation programs, or technology consulting (Big4 or similar environment preferred)

  • Proven experience in business and/or technology transformation initiatives (e.g., operating model design, process optimization, digital/IT transformation)

  • Demonstrated ability to work across multiple roles (e.g., business analysis, project management, delivery, advisory)

  • Strong understanding of how technology enables business transformation

  • Excellent problem-solving and structured thinking skills (hypothesis-driven approach)

  • Outstanding communication and storytelling skills, including development of high-quality executive presentations

  • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience, ideally with senior stakeholders

  • Fluency in Croatian and English

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe 6 ITIL, Lean Six Sigma) are advantageous

We are looking for a high-performing Consultant/Senior Consultant to join our Business & Technology Transformation team. This role is designed for consultants who combine a management consulting mindset with strong execution capabilities and are motivated to drive end-to-end transformation programs.

You will work at the intersection of business, technology, and operations, helping clients shape and deliver complex transformation initiatives. This includes everything from defining strategy and Target Operating Models to driving implementation and managing change.
We are specifically looking for individuals who can adapt across roles - from structuring problems and performing business analysis to leading workstreams, managing stakeholders, and delivering executive-level communication
