C# Technical Leader, WARSZAWA

• 7+ years of experience in software development, with strong expertise in C# and related technologies.


• Hands-on experience with .NET technology stack (WPF, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes are the assets) and you are experienced in unit testing.


• Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a track record of supporting and guiding development teams.


• Experience in Agile methodologies, and test-driven development (TDD).


• High proficiency in English.

About the team:

As a C# Technical Leader, you will join a dispersed team (located in London, Bangalore, and Warsaw) and contribute to development of Pricing and E-trading applications (desktop applications) used by our business all around the globe (Hong Kong, Paris, London, New York, etc.). The team is mainly responsible for maintaining around 200 microservices and aggregating the data for desktop applications.
As a C# Technical Leader, you will drive the technical vision and guide a team of developers working on high-performance software solutions, following Scrum methodology.
