C# Technical Leader

• Strong hands-on experience with C#/.NET environment (primarily .NET 8,9,10), building REST APIs with ASP.NET Core and designing scalable microservices-based applications.
• Experience in Cloud architecture (preferable Azure with AKS/Kubernetes, Event Hubs, Blob/Table Storage), as well as working with GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, and continuous delivery practices.
• Familiarity with modern observability and monitoring practices, including ElasticSearch, Kibana, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and structured logging frameworks such as Serilog.
• Hands-on experience in technical leadership capacity, conducting code reviews, mentoring engineers, and participating in technical hiring and interview processes.
• Strong communication skills. You are comfortable working directly with business stakeholders/clients and you thrive in a global work environment.
• Fluency in English.
  
  Experience in Capital Markets, particularly Credit, FX, Rates, or volatility products, as well as previous exposure to Blazor WebAssembly will be considered a strong asset.

About the team:

As a Technical Leader based in Warsaw, you will join a globally distributed team supporting business stakeholders across Paris, Hong Kong, and New York. You will contribute to the Agile development of business-critical applications supporting FX, Rates, and Credit trading activities, with a focus on volatility products and pricing. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on development. You will drive architecture and engineering decisions, work directly with traders to address business challenges, and help deliver scalable, high-quality solutions in a global environment.
