  • Strong negotiation, supplier management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to combine strategic thinking with a practical, hands-on approach.
  • Analytical mindset and confidence in working with market and cost data.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or similar procurement platforms.
  • Fluency in both English and Polish.
  • Additional European languages will be considered an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel internationally when required.
