Cloud & AI Financial Operations Analyst Warsaw, Poland (hybrid)
About the Role
Cantor Fitzgerald’s IT Infrastructure function manages a technology estate spanning cloud platforms, AI tooling, and on-premise infrastructure across a global financial services firm. As AI adoption and cloud consumption accelerate, the associated cost base is growing quickly and needs dedicated financial intelligence to track, analyse, and optimise it. The Cloud & AI FinOps Analyst is a newly created role in the FinOps & Business Management function, reporting to the Technology Business Manager, and owns the day-to-day tracking, analysis, and reporting of cloud and AI platform costs across the organisation.
Systematic visibility and optimisation of this spend does not yet exist — the analyst will create it, with direct exposure to senior IT leadership and as part of an international team working across US, UK, India, and Poland time zones.
What We Offer
- A build role, not a maintenance role: the chance to shape FinOps practice from the ground up
- A foundational position in an actively expanding function, with direct senior leadership visibility
- Direct reporting line to the Technology Business Manager, with regular engagement with the Global Head of Infrastructure
- A collaborative, international team spanning the US, UK, India, and Poland
