Cloud Security Specialist – CNAPP, KRAKÓW

• 5+ years of experience in cloud security or cybersecurity engineering roles
• Hands-on experience with CNAPP, CSPM, vulnerability management, or cloud security posture solutions
• Strong understanding of cloud and container security concepts
• Experience with Kubernetes and public cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments
• Good understanding of APIs, integrations, and DevSecOps practices
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams
• Experience managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments

Nice to Have

• Experience with Databricks or similar data engineering platforms
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks (PCI-DSS, CIS Benchmarks)
• Cloud security certifications (AWS, GCP, or equivalent)
• Experience in large-scale enterprise or regulated environments

About the Role

We are seeking a Cloud Security Specialist – CNAPP to join a growing cybersecurity engineering team focused on cloud-native application protection and enterprise-scale cloud security enablement.

In this role, you will act as the bridge between engineering teams, cloud stakeholders, and cybersecurity functions, helping drive the adoption and integration of CNAPP capabilities across complex cloud and container environments.

You will work closely with architects, cloud engineers, DevSecOps teams, and security stakeholders to translate business and security requirements into actionable technical solutions that improve visibility, compliance, and cloud security posture at scale.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and translate business and technical requirements into user stories and technical specifications


• Act as Subject Matter Expert for cloud and container security capabilities


• Support the implementation and integration of CNAPP solutions across enterprise environments


• Collaborate with cloud, container, and cybersecurity engineering teams to align delivery priorities


• Define and prioritize epics, features, and backlog items within Agile delivery frameworks


• Conduct workshops, technical discussions, and stakeholder demos


• Define acceptance criteria and validate delivered solutions


• Support integrations between CNAPP platforms, APIs, reporting systems, and data platforms


• Advise stakeholders on cloud security best practices, security posture management, and vulnerability management
