Control Data Analyst
- Previous experience in an Agile software delivery context (Change/Control Analyst, Business Analyst, Test Analyst or similar).
- Familiarity with change and deployment processes and associated tooling (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Understanding of Governance, Risk & Compliance concepts within software delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills – ability to influence and resolve queries effectively.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting (Excel), as well as process documentation (Visio or equivalent).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of DevOps processes and CI/CD frameworks, and experience tracking DevOps performance metrics.
- Exposure to security testing practices (SAST/DAST/MAST) and vulnerability management frameworks.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, advanced Excel (Power Query) and reporting tools (Google Data Studio).
- Relevant certifications: IIBA, ITIL, Agile/SAFe or similar.

We are seeking a Control Data Analyst to strengthen software delivery governance and support Cybersecurity engineering teams in meeting SDLC and Deployment control requirements.
This role ensures that cyber change delivery across the organisation adheres to defined controls and integrates DevOps performance metrics, compliance tracking and remediation. You will be a key enabler for quality assurance, compliance monitoring and data-driven process improvement within the first line of defence.
