  • What you bring:

  • 2-3 years of hands-on Python development experience, ideally within AI, data, or backend applications.

  • Graduated in Bachelor/master's degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals (Git, REST APIs, data structures, testing).

  • Excellent consulting and communication skills - you will engage clients, ask insightful questions, and translate business challenges into technical solutions.

  • Curiosity and knowledge or exposure to Core AI concepts (machine learning, NLP, generative AI, or automation).

  • Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and collaboration.

  • Fluent English (spoken & written) and native speaking bulgarian

  • Must be based in Sofia
