Your profile
- Experience in Credit Management, Credit Underwriting, Risk Management, Accounts Receivable, or Order-to-Cash processes.
- Previous experience in leading or coordinating teams within a shared services, BPO, or global business environment.
- Strong knowledge of credit risk assessment, exposure management, and credit policy governance.
- Experience working with credit insurance providers and underwriting processes will be an asset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to transform data into actionable business insights.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience driving process improvement, operational excellence, and automation initiatives.
- Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
- English proficiency at minimum CEFR B2 level.
- Certification in at least one DGEM technology solution would be considered an advantage.

Your role
You will join our dynamic Order-to-Cash (O2C) organization, leading a team of Credit & Exposure Management professionals supporting global clients. As a Team Manager, you will combine people leadership, process expertise, and business partnering to ensure high-quality service delivery while driving continuous improvement and client value.
