Customer Service Business Partner German
- Experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Supply Chain or a similar customer-facing role within an international environment.
- Strong customer focus and excellent relationship-building skills.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Experience working with customers and multiple internal stakeholders across different functions.
- Ability to understand and analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP, and good knowledge of MS Excel would be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to act as a trusted partner for both customers and internal business stakeholders.

Customer Service Business Partner | German
For our international client, we’re looking for an experienced Customer Service Business Partner with German to join the Supply Chain team.
This is a customer-facing role where you’ll act as a key point of contact for German-speaking customers, supporting them across Supply Chain and Order Management processes. At the same time, you’ll work closely with internal business teams to identify process gaps, analyse current ways of working and drive improvements that strengthen customer experience and operational efficiency.
