  • Proven hands-on experience administering the Cvent platform
  • Demonstrated ability to manage platform configuration including user roles, permissions, templates, custom fields, workflows and reporting settings
  • Strong understanding of configuration dependencies, data field relationships, integrations, APIs and their impact on data flows, reporting and compliance controls
  • Knowledge of change management, release management and operational governance within controlled technology environments
  • Experience conducting access reviews, configuration audits and producing compliance evidence
  • Ability to troubleshoot platform issues, coordinate vendor support cases and document root cause analysis and resolutions
  • Excellent documentation, stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Capability to work independently across global teams and manage competing priorities
  • Cvent certification or advanced Cvent administration experience (desirable)
  • Experience with Cvent Event Management, OnArrival, Attendee Hub or reporting modules (desirable)
  • Knowledge of integrations between Cvent and CRM, marketing automation, identity management, data warehouse or reporting platforms (desirable)
  • Understanding of event technology, attendee data flows, consent management or SaaS vendor management (desirable)

They are seeking an experienced Cvent Functional Consultant to join their team in Warsaw on a 2-month contract. Position Overview

As a Cvent Functional Consultant, you will oversee the administration, configuration and operational governance of the Cvent platform. Your work will ensure the platform remains secure, compliant and aligned to business needs. You will coordinate change activity, manage configuration dependencies, support incident resolution and maintain documentation standards. This position requires you to balance technical administration with stakeholder engagement, working independently across global teams to deliver reliable platform services.
