Data Modeller

We are looking for an experienced Data Modeller to join our client from the financial services sector. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining data models that support enterprise data platforms and analytics initiatives, working closely with business and technical stakeholders.

Strong experience in data modelling for analytical and operational systems.
Knowledge of data modelling methodologies, including Data Vault 2.0, Star Schema and 3NF.
Experience with data profiling, metadata management and source-to-target mapping.
Ability to analyse complex data structures, including relational databases and semi-structured data (JSON/XML).
Excellent communication skills and experience working with both technical and business stakeholders.
Understanding of data governance and data quality principles.

Nice to have:

Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP).
Python knowledge.
Exposure to big data technologies (e.g. Spark, Hadoop).
Experience in financial services or enterprise data modelling frameworks.
