Data Quality & Reconciliation Lead

• 6+ years in Data Quality, Data Analysis, Data Engineering, Data Governance, or similar.
  
• Strong experience with Healthcare, Pharmacy, Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, or Health Insurance data.
  
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large/complex datasets.
  
• Proven experience in data validation, reconciliation, profiling, and root-cause analysis.
  
• Good understanding of data models, ETL/ELT, data integration, and data governance.
  
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Fluent English.

Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, Power BI/Tableau, Python, dbt, Informatica or similar tools is desirable.

Knowledge of healthcare/pharmacy data standards such as NDC, RxNorm, ATC, ICD, HL7 or FHIR is an advantage.

We are looking for an experienced Data Quality & Reconciliation Lead with strong knowledge of Healthcare and Pharmacy data.

The role is responsible for ensuring data accuracy, consistency, completeness, and integrity across complex healthcare and pharmacy data environments.
