Delivery Lead

• Strong project management expertise, with experience managing large-scale technology programmes.


• Previous hands-on experience in delivering IAM projects.


• Good understanding of IAM and security controls, including governance capabilities.


• Technical awareness of DevOps, Jenkins, CI/CD tooling, Cloud environments, and on-premises infrastructure.


• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work with cross-functional global teams.


• Knowledge of regulatory and audit requirements related to IAM.


• Proactive, self-motivated team player with a problem-solving mindset.

Desired Skills:

• PM qualifications (Prince2, PMP).


• Experience as Scrum Master or Lead in large-scale digital/security programmes.


• Hands-on experience with JIRA and agile workflow tools.

Our client is launching a multi-year IAM transformation programme – Project Orbit – aimed at bridging modern identity technologies with the scale of a global bank. As an IAM Delivery Lead, you’ll manage critical workstreams, guide stakeholders, and ensure seamless delivery in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
You’ll play a hands-on role in planning, reporting, and stakeholder engagement while driving the adoption of new IAM capabilities and ensuring compliance with regulatory and security standards.
