DevOps Engineer IVR/contact center

Requirements:

• Expert AWS CDK & IaC: Strong hands-on expertise with AWS CDK and enterprise cloud management (including Terraform or Ansible).
• DevOps & IVR: Proven experience deploying and automating contact center solutions (Amazon Connect, Genesys Cloud, etc.).
• CI/CD Automation: Experience building pipelines with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
• Communication: Fluent English to lead technical discussions with international teams.
• Availability: Must be able to work the 15:00 – 23:00 CET shift.

Nice to Have:

• Background in Banking, FinTech, or highly regulated industries.
• Proficiency in TypeScript or Python for AWS CDK.
• Deep experience with serverless development (Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway).

As a DevOps Engineer, you will architect and maintain secure, scalable cloud infrastructure for the banking sector. Your primary focus will be leveraging AWS CDK for advanced Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to automate enterprise environments and deploy Cloud Contact Center and IVR platforms.
