Digital Delivery Manager
- Experience leading complex digital, software, data, analytics, or transformation projects in a client-facing environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills, with the ability to translate business challenges into practical technology solutions.
- Experience facilitating workshops, discovery sessions, requirements discussions, and stakeholder alignment activities.
- Good understanding of modern software delivery practices, Agile methodologies, SDLC, and cloud-based solutions.
- Ability to work effectively with architects, engineers, delivery teams, and business stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluent English, and willingness to work in an international environment with occasional travel.
Nice to have:
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Knowledge of data platforms, analytics, AI/ML, automation, or enterprise integration solutions.

As a Digital Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering Digital & Data solutions for our clients. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will bridge the gap between business and technology, helping stakeholders make informed decisions while ensuring successful project outcomes.
Working closely with clients, project teams, architects, and delivery leaders, you will support projects from discovery through delivery, helping define solutions, align teams, manage risks, and drive business value. You will also contribute to the growth of our Digital & Data capabilities by mentoring others, supporting capability development, and promoting best practices across projects.
