  • Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare or a related industry.

  • Proven experience in field sales and achieving commercial targets.

  • Previous experience in sales team management, coaching or people development.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate sales and market data into business decisions.

  • A modern leadership approach focused on coaching, empowerment, accountability and team development.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Ability to build long-term relationships with customers, distributors and key stakeholders.

  • Business-oriented mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and take ownership of results.

  • Very good command of Microsoft Office.

  • Good command of English enabling fluent business communication.

  • Category B driving licence and readiness for intensive field work.

  • Higher education; a degree in pharmaceutical, medical, biological, business or a related field will be an advantage.


Your future company

For our Client, an international pharmaceutical company with a strong position in the market, we are looking for an experienced District Manager to lead a team of approximately 10–12 Sales Representatives across Northern Poland.


This is a field-based leadership role for a person who combines modern people management, business acumen and an analytical mindset. The role requires a hands-on leader who enjoys working closely with the team in the field, developing people and translating data and business strategy into tangible results.
