End User Technologies Specialist

Secondary technical education (or higher).
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in an IT department.
English at a B2 level (or higher).
Strong knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office / M365, Azure, Intune, and remote support tools
Deep understanding of domain environments, operating systems, hardware, and software diagnostics.
Solid grasp of networking fundamentals, LAN support, and network security concepts.
Hands-on experience with video conferencing systems (e.g., Cisco, Poly).
Excellent time management, task prioritization, and strong problem-solving abilities.

Nice to Have (Preferred):

Experience providing mentoring and technical support to team members.
Active involvement in system implementation projects.
Exposure to ITSM process optimization.
