Strong business analysis and process mapping experience
Ability to analyse complex operational workflows and business processes
Experience gathering and documenting requirements from multiple stakeholder groups
Experience facilitating workshops and interviews
Understanding of stock trading lifecycles
Knowledge of post-trade processes, safekeeping and account structures is highly desirable
Experience working with regulatory or market-driven change initiatives is beneficial
Able to understand application landscapes, integrations and data flows
Comfortable working with Solution Architects and technical teams
Understanding of APIs, interfaces and system interactions
Able to bridge business and technology discussions

Nice to have:

Knowledge of equity trading, settlement and safekeeping processes
Understanding of regulatory reporting requirements and compliance
