Proven experience delivering enterprise IAM or cybersecurity projects, preferably MFA or Access Management initiatives
Extensive experience in IAM delivery and transformation projects
Experience coordinating large-scale user migrations or authentication transformation projects
Familiarity with Microsoft Hello for Business, Conditional Access policies, authentication methods, and access management controls
Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills across business, technology, and security functions
Experience managing project scope, risks, dependencies, schedules, budgets, project governance, and executive reporting
Experience managing international teams and large-scale enterprise initiatives
Knowledge of Access Governance, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and compliance controls
Very good command of English, both spoken and written
